Beaches and Quilts

Sand and quilts go perfectly together, don't you think? And my sweet niece helps. Isn't she adorable.

We took all of my family's photos on the beach while on vacation. It was *so* windy. Windy, as a photographer is the worst. I rank it worse than rain. Crazy hair doesn't look good on anyone.

This quilt matched her sweet "rainbow" dress perfectly. Can we go back please?

New Quilts!

New quilts are now up! You can shop through the store tab above! This stack is full of some extra favorites. There are also a couple of new quilt pillows and daisy afghans!

New quilts also means a messy office. *Beautiful* stacks of quilts sitting next to a disaster of an office. Boxes, food, papers, junk, and a pup always in the floor. Our feeds are full of immaculate homes, but this is the real life. Nothing is staged and nothing is cropped out. But, I did not focus on the mess!

Monday's Faves - Outdoor Session

There are certain types of quilts that work better for different types of sessions. This is all based on my own personal experience and preference. For an outdoor session, I tend to use quilts with lots of different colors. The more colors throughout, the easier it is to match the outfit your client chose to wear. If I had a session today, these are the three quilts I would load up and take with me! (All quilts still available as of May 22nd, 2017, 12PM)

All Around the World Quilt - $150

This colorful quilt would be perfect for an outdoor session. The multiple colors throughout helps it to match client outfit choices. It is in great condition, and I would definitely have this lovely quilt in the back of my car!

Pilot Hole Quilt - $100

Here is another colorful quilt that would be great for those outdoor sessions. It is full of different colors, so it should match most outfit choices your client might show up in. It has a little bit of wear, but that is great for outdoor sessions where it may get dirty on the ground.

Nine Patch Quilt - $80

I love quilts with blue fabrics! For some reason, blue always seems to match what outfit my client shows up wearing. This would definitely be a must for me for a session, and it would probably be the one I would use first!
