Maternity and quilts. This session from Eden and Archer Photography is giving me all of the feels. Maternity sessions are always so special, and this momma is gorgeous.
I love the standard and creative ways Kristen chose to use her quilt. We love using our quilts to simply be a barrier between the dirty ground and our client's clean clothes. But, during this session, Kristen chose to shoot from above which made the quilt become a background. She also used it as a prop as her clients walked through the frame. I love it. I love seeing your work Kristen. I love seeing the different ways you (and others) use your much loved quilts!
This maternity session was of Kristen's mentor, Carly. They had orginally planned to shoot at a hot air balloon festival, but like many times, that plan fell through. And, they were so glad it did, because this location was everything. Carly and Kristen have been friends for 2 years and their husbands worked together. They are expecting baby Will in October!

Meet the Photographer:
Friends, meet Kristen Moracco, the face behind Eden + Archer Photography. She is located just north of me in Clarksville, TN! She is a natural light and lifestyle photographer, and truly enjoys capturing connections between people. She shoots mostly families and children, and especially loves maternity (like this session!!). She first learned to use her camera just last year and has recently opened her business in August! She is a military wife (and loves shooting for the families at Fort Cambell) and has two beautiful children. Also, before becoming a mom and photographer, she was a NICU nurse!
